We work closely with Body Corporates and Trustees to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your complex or estate, providing expert guidance, proactive solutions, and hands-on involvement every step of the way.

Administration & Resident Support

We manage all essential administrative tasks so your community runs effortlessly. Our services include:

  • Processing movement control forms, security passes, and pet registrations

  • Coordinating clubhouse bookings and issuing correspondence on behalf of the Body Corporate

  • Handling resident enquiries and facilitating general communication between owners, tenants, and trustees

We can also support financial tasks such as assisting with petty cash management, issuing purchase orders, and authorising payments to approved service providers when required.

Our Service Desk System

Our cloud-based Service Desk provides complete transparency and accountability. The system:

  • Tracks all resident requests and maintenance tickets with automatic timestamps

  • Gives trustees, owners, and residents easy access to key documents — including conduct rules, newsletters, application forms, and more

  • Allows logging and monitoring of queries, complaints, and responses in real time

Dedicated Call Centre

Our resident support team logs and directs queries to the appropriate vendors or service providers, ensuring enquiries are handled quickly and professionally.

Vendor & Supplier Management

We act as your liaison with approved vendors, managing relationships on behalf of the Trustees and maintaining an up-to-date database of accredited estate agents and service providers.

On-Site Estate Manager

For complexes that require hands-on supervision, we can assign a dedicated Estate Manager onsite. Available Monday to Friday (8 am–5 pm), and on call for emergencies, your Estate Manager oversees:

  • Regular estate inspections

  • Coordination of maintenance, security, and general estate services

  • Reporting outstanding issues to the relevant departments or service partners
